- NB: GREAT!! Let's go... circuit style 10 seconds on 10 seconds rest for 4 laps. 1. Kettle Bell Squats, 2. Push throughs 3. Leg steps ups 10 seconds per leg and 4. Dumbbell crunches. You can rest for a few minutes then we start the second round 1. bent leg lunges 10 seconds each leg 2. Strap push ups 3. jump squats 4. leg lifts.

Help! I’ve reached a plateau
Our take: Just one week of unsatisfactory results doesn’t mean you aren’t making progress. Here’s how to know for sure if you’ve hit a plateau: figure out your average weekly loss since you joined, excluding the first three weeks. If it’s under a half pound you might be on a plateau, but don’t panic. There are two very simple and possible explanations:
What you can do about it today
Go back to basics.
Consistently use your measuring spoons and food scale to make sure that you are consuming the right number of PointsPlus values each day.
Look at what worked for you in the past and do it again.
Use a week of eating from one of your first weeks on plan. Pull out an old tracker or print up a week from your online tracker and follow it to the letter for a week. It helped you lose weight the first time and probably will again.
Turn to the Simply Filling technique.
Do so for a week or more. This can shake things up and introduce you to new and interesting meal ideas.
Don’t fall into a rut.
Boredom can be one reason for relaxed adherence to the plan. Keep it interesting by trying a new recipe or two. Browse these subscriber favorites for something to make this week a success.

WW online. well 0 change is better than a gain but not what I’m working for so obviously need to do things different this week and that will include making sure I get my walking and gym schedules back on track and snacking on fruit and veggies.

I wore my exercise outfit all day planning to walk but life happened… I have so much work to do..ugh. Tomorrow I’m back at the gym with Nudieboy though..I’m sure it will kill me after not being there in over a week and not being consistent on my walks.

Was pretty much fine till the chocolate happened… chocolate wasn’t really worth my walk today.
I have my happy hat (which Chris and Miranda make fun of but I LOVE it) and my fave Bondi Band.. gonna grab some tunes… I’m thinking the new Mastodon album THE HUNTER (hunt the sugar monster please) and head out on the road to put some serious activity points in the bank!

Um you wouldn’t say that WW if you REALLY knew what I was doing. I’m not proud of this loss because it wasn’t deserved..but I’ll take it and move on. I think I need a big slap in the face wake up call or something. No gym today so I’m going to walk and start this week off right. Put my game face on and my protective gear against the sugar monster.
This little dude here needs to go the fuck away…he has been hounding me for the past 2 weeks and he’s TOUGH! There is also no denying it…. I am a stress eater and I have no expectations tomorrow. I’ll be lucky if I don’t gain…AGAIN.
TAKE 2 on starting fresh… I need something to banish this little monster though.
Every single day losing weight is a battle. A battle to make the right choices, a battle to work out even though our muscles are sore and there are a thousand other things we’d rather be doing. But most of all, it’s a battle to not give up. Every day, it still seems like we’re so far from our goal weight and it takes all of our willpower to keep going, to not give in. This isn’t easy… but it’s definitely going to be worth it.

Ok so I didn’t gain 40 lbs in a week but it sure felt like it.
I hate weigh in day now…
For the past few weeks I have been dreading Thursday rather than looking forward to it. If you asked how I FEEL.. I’d tell you tomorrow will be a +40 day and I’m right back where I started but I know that’s just silly talk. All that has been going through my head today is this (in the voice of Gene Wilder of course) “have so much time, and so little to do! Strike that, reverse it.” I don’t know how I’ll accomplish everything I need to tomorrow before we leave.
