Probiotic salad and raw tomato garlic herb soup with raw Walnut “Sausage”
Made raw lasagna for the cold case today.
BV (before vegan) hubby used to love polish sausage on a bun with bell peppers, onion and garlic cooked in olive oil. This is a vegan version using Field Roast. With a side of broccoli cole slaw.
Just harvested some beautiful mung bean sprouts!
Lunch - gluten free bun, tahini butter, avocado and raw sauerkraut
vegan and non vegan goodies - the lemon cupcake was mine (and vegan) and heavenly!
Went to lunch at MOTHER’s (ATX) with my bestie from chef school - vegan tempeh enchiladas -
after work snack - gluten free bread, almond butter & raspberries
Smoothie of the day - Spinach, mango, ginger juice, coconut oil and water, pineapple, maca, chia and sun warrior protein powder.

Chipotle Mac & Cheeze = quinoa pasta mixed with the raw queso I use on the raw taco salad mixed with onions and extra garlic! YUM!!
Yesterday was “Taco Tuesday” - I make raw taco salad for the cold case EVERY Tuesday….the masses would riot if I didn’t!
