Cashew Hemp Seed Ranch Dressing - recipe is almost perfect. I make this at work to go with the Mock Tuna salad.
Tonight was salad night!!! That was the last of my candied ginger walnuts. Time to make more!!
The pesto I made at work today came out AWESOME!!!! Served on zucchini noodles w/ tomatoes, olives, shaved fennel and bell peppers and cashew parm!

Made a new salad for the cold case today - we called it “Rainbow Salad”
w/ creamy mango dressing and sugared ginger walnuts.
They juiced organic beets yesterday at work and I was able to bring home a giant container of beet pulp to play with, Tonight I made some awesome Veggie burgers!!! Next I think I’ll make some raw crackers!
