I think I can manage this cos Chris will be gone and I eat different when I;m not cooking for him.
Day forty-three: Apart from weight loss, have you noticed any other benefits from your healthy diet?
My skin has improved.. I move around better..I seem to get sick less..I get migraines WAY less than I used to, I’m in a better frame of mind over all and just baisly feel better about myself.

I’m not sure what my goal weight is so I’m working for getting fit and healthy… what ever weight that is … well that is what it will be.
