It started as a 30 day vegan experiment for a work project ... that was 5 years ago. The experiment became an experience.
Recent grad of The Natural Epicurean Culinary School - where I was trained in Vegetarian, Vegan, Macrobiotic, Raw Living Foods and Ayurvedic cooking.
Currently the Raw Vegan Chef at Austin Skinny Limits.
Back on Weight Watchers trying to loose the weight I gained eating crazy amounts of food at culinary school.

For those who asked for the recipe for the Carrot cake cookies. I used golden raisins in mine and added some cinnamon, cardamon and added the walnuts. Who am I to leave a recipe alone?

I think I’m one of the few who doesn’t really care for GS cookies… and beware if you like thin mints… if they are made my ABC Bakers they do not have milk in them but if they are made by Little Brownie Bakers they do.

- ME: I've been making cookies for the past 3 days.
- NB: Everyone is making cookies but I have yet to see any.
- ME: You want cookies?
- NB: Of course I want cookies. I always want cookies, doesn't everyone?
- ME: Well I don't want them in my house so Thursday you get cookies.
- (I'll tell him they are vegan after he eats them all..lol)
