Raw Taco salad - this may be my claim to “fame” - every Tuesday at work I make “Rawkin Taco Salad” for all my fans! Featuring walnut taco “meat” and cashew queso. at Austin Skinny Limits _ Far West Blvd- Austin, TX
Vegan MoFo - Monday Munchies -
Queso Battered Kale Chips
2 cups cashews soaked (4-6 hrs)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 hatch chili seeded (or pepper of your choice)
1 red bell pepper
1 handful of cilantro w/ stems
2 cloves garlic
2 TBS chickpea miso
1 ts salt (or to taste)
1/2 ts chipotle chili powder or to taste
Water for blending
2-3 bunches of kale washed, stemmed, torn and spun
Massage mixture lightly into kale an then dehydrate until crispy.

Probiotic salad and raw tomato garlic herb soup with raw Walnut “Sausage”
Made raw lasagna for the cold case today.
BV (before vegan) hubby used to love polish sausage on a bun with bell peppers, onion and garlic cooked in olive oil. This is a vegan version using Field Roast. With a side of broccoli cole slaw.
Just harvested some beautiful mung bean sprouts!
Lunch - gluten free bun, tahini butter, avocado and raw sauerkraut
