Dinner last night…
Something I made up to use the purple hull peas. Turned out pretty damn well.. I didn’t have a name for it and Miranda said I should name it something ridiculous…
I served it over rice with fresh avocado.
Also tried some Chipotle-corn crusted Field Roast. The flavor was nice but it was either sliced too thin or over cooked to begin with cos it was a little on the chewy side. I found it in the prepared case at WFM and thought it would go well with what I had in mind for the peas. Sad it wasn’t a nicer consistancy.
