Day thirty-three: Will you continue to count calories once you reach your ultimate goal weight?
Well I don’t count calories now…but yes I will continue with exercise and watching what I eat because if I don’t it will come back. The way I have been living obviously has not been healthy for me so I need to create a new “normal”.

Lent?
My family has never partaken in the giving up of something for lent but I’ve been interested in seeing what people have been giving up and what they refuse to give up as that list seems to be short and overlapping …coffee, soda, chocolate, candy, snacks, chips…

threeofmyown asked: Count your sweet potato bean thing with the sweet potatoes as the bad boy of the bunch. Beans have lots of fiber so come off as less with WW points. It looks awesome. I might try to recreate it too, but throw in a little cilantro at the end just to brighten it up.
